  • Back From California

February 22nd, 2008 by Jeremy Enke

I just got back from California after traveling all day, and here I sit at 12:54 AM posting in my blog. What the hell is wrong with me? Whenever I don’t post in my blog at least once every other day I feel really bad for some reason. Although, why most personal blogs never get massive traffic or a following is because posts are so sporadic. This is why I try post here as often as possible…….even if it is after midnight. A great man once told me “Money Never Sleeps”.

I think the reason this blog actually does well with traffic (not monetarily) is because I update it often and you never know what you are going to read. Likewise I share real life stories about the crazy shit that goes on in my day to day life. So speaking of which, here’s just a couple things from my last trip to our main office.

    1. A great new opportunity - I can’t share all the details right now, but it involves a rebirth of AffiliatePrograms.com. Yes, we own that sick ass domain as well. More to come later, but I am taking the lead on this project. I have built several forums and websites in the past, and building a forum and increasing revenues to a crazy sick level on this website will be very easy……Watch and take notes in the next 2-3 months. :) Maybe I’ll even post some of the business plan here……

    2. PAP Improvements - It’s no secret that PAP blew up after I left PAW and brought the forums over, so no reason to hide it. Now we are in phase 2 though. This week we strategized on all the things we are going to do with PAP in the next quarter such as a radio show, new reviews, translations, add new products, etc. Our goal is to be progressive and give poker affiliates EVERYTHING they need to be successful.

    3. The Poker Conference - This is going to be a really killer event. The site is not even completed and we are already selling booth space from operators. I hear Cyprus is a crazy place too. More to come on this, but the overall planning did take up a lot of my time in Cali. Another executive decision my partner Greg made was to give away a $10K seat to the WSOP at for the affiliate series of poker. I love the idea. How the hell do you say no to this?

Overall it was a very productive trip. I cannot express how happy I am to be partnered with the guys I am partnered with now. It is really a dream come true……Also I promise I will get Karen’s responses up soon to the “Ask My Wife Anything” post. I have other priorities for her right now though than answering blog posts…..I have needs…….Good Night!

Sounds exciting… you should definitely cross promote AffiliatePrograms.com and PAP and let us poker affiliates know some great ways to diversify.

    2. Big Fish Poker Club Says:

I can’t believe you have put YOUR needs ahead of your fellow affiliates - LOL.

Does Karen know about this? Don’t you think she would rather answer our questions than spend cuddling time with you?

    3. Kendall Says:

Knowing that their is a WSOP Main Event ticket at stake in the ASOP tournament makes me want to book my ticket to cyprus already…Can’t wait for the ASOP qualifiers, I can beat a bunch of affiliate donkies playing poker

    4. Greg Says:

Oh the Poker Conference is going to be a wicked good time. I am telling you all now…the WSOP seat is just the beginning.
