For those of you that read Shoemoney.com, you have probably read the Party Like A Rockstar promotion he is putting on for this years Pubcon in Las Vegas. I am planning on attending anyways, however after reading this I figured I would throw my name in the hat and try to win the contest.

So here is why I should be rolling with the rockstars at this years pubcon. For starters, it’s Las Vegas. Can you think of a better affiliate than the one who owns the world’s largest Poker Affiliate Forum. Shoemoney has picked some pretty impressive judges and they all talk up a great game about partying and staying out all night. However, I think anyone who has attended an affiliate convention with me would agree when I say……….you will be outdrank and out partied.

In true affiliate baller style I will even forgo the $500 spending money and ask that it be donated to a charity of Shoemoney’s choice. If that charity happens to be one spin on red, then so be it. <——-Some might ask why I would do this. One answer, because I can.

In order to win any contest the contestant needs to know how to “sell” the judges. Instead of posting a bunch of drunken pictures like the rest of the entries, I will write some personal responses to each of the judge’s requests with a few pictures of my own;

Dax Herrara - The only thing I can say about seeing pictures with peoples pants down is that they should be coming from Cheetahs or Rhino. As far as you asking what a true baller is going to do in Las Vegas, I am going to play the $100 slots, just like I do every time I go there. Likewise if you hear me asking you any questions that starts with “What do you think of……?” you have permission to kick in me in the nuts as hard as you can. Unless of course it’s “What do you think of getting a few more drinks, it’s only 3:30 A.M.”

Rebecca Kelley - It sounds to me like you’re looking for someone to bring that is funny, witty, and can joke. Well for that, there is no better choice than myself. In 2005 I did a promotion with Golden Palace where they won my ebay auction for me to play in the world series of poker dressed like a pink bunny…… no shit…. true story. I even went around town dressed as a pink bunny. As of recently I made a bet with a friend to shave my head if the Chicago bears have a worse record than the Packers. If you want witty, clever, and fun, look no further. P.S. I am not dressing up as a Jester!

Neil Patel - I could talk shop with the best of you guys, but isn’t that what we have email, forums, and messenger for? Like any affiliate at conventions I have done my fair share of hanging out late. And believe me, in Las Vegas I will do the same. I will more than likely get extremely intoxicated, stay up late, and of course lose a ton of money. But as long as we are having fun doing it, that’s all that counts right? Oh yea Neil, when it comes to private parties, I have a knack for getting the best looking girls in the club to our table. This is from the Bodog VIP party at The Tao……………….How can you not vote for me dude?

Greg Hatrnett - Greg, everyone in the contest is going to sell you on how they can hang out until the wee hours of the morning. Some will even sell you on how they want to play cards. I’ll do even better, I’ll have a private poker tournament set up just for our group at the MGM any night of your choice. It pays to be a baller in the poker business. Now…..Are you you ready to play some cards?

David Dellanave - Dave, I understand you’re not into the funny, witty, or cute entries. Fair enough, if you want me to bring it, I’ll bring it. I read your blog regularly and I know you’re a pretty hard core dude. Something tells me if I win that you and I are going to drop some coin in either a strip club or a sportsbook. The good news I suppose is with your past history as an Eagle Scout and mine as a paramedic, we may get into trouble, but we will probably survive. To be honest I have a feeling this is what I may look like in the cab on the way home after a night out with you and Jeremy. Nonetheless, you bring it! vote for me.

There you have it. This is my entry into Shoemoney’s contest. Surely I have to be a 3-1 favorite to win this thing right now.
